We all enjoy a good night out. There are loads of great things to do, going to the one of the many pubs, enjoying fine food in one of the excellent city restaurants or hitting the music, concert or nightclub scene.

Staying safe

• Look out for each other
• Keep an eye on your drinks
• Watch what’s happening around you
• If you feel unwell ask for help
• Keep your money and expensive jewellery out of sight
• Consider carrying a personal attack alarm
• If you need help call the police
• And most of all – Know your limits
